You can bet that any celebrity with long, full hair has hair extensions, especially if they were wearing a short bob just a few months ago. (Log into your Facebook account and enter “Hollywood Hair Makeover” – without quote marks – in the Facebook search to find the application.)
Your friends can vote on whether or not you should make a change, and you can email the before and after to friends.
